“After an initial quote to repair my roof (from a cold caller tradesman), Ben visited to provide a second quote, but after inspection, assured me that no repairs were actually necessary at this stage. Not only did this restore my faith in human nature, but meant that Ben would be my first option if and when repairs do become necessary. I am unable to score Ben because no work was actually undertaken, but would have no hesitation of marking him 10 out of 10 for integrity.”
