Ben short and his assistant worked as a team they seemed well practiced at what they were doing and complemented each other. I spoke to them about the job as it proceeded with a few requests and they politely did those little extra things in a very good nature. On completion Ben showed me close ups pictures of the work which I could not see from the ground which was very helpful. The price quoted was the final price.. .”

He identified the problem and replaced two tiles. He thought the damage, which was very fresh, had probably been caused by a firework. We ve had no further problems since. Thank you Ben”
